1. Membership

  1. “Member” refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with these Terms and completes the registration process.

  2. “Member Information” refers to personal and transactional information provided by the Member to us.

  3. These Terms apply to all Members and customers using our services, regardless of location.


2. Registration

  1. Eligibility – Membership is granted upon completing the registration process. Registration must be performed by the applicant; proxy registrations are not permitted. 4. Withdrawal

Members may terminate their membership at any time by completing our withdrawal procedure. Termination takes effect upon confirmation by us.


5. Loss of Membership and Liability

We may revoke membership if a Member:

  • Provided false information during registration;

  • Failed to pay for goods or services;

  • Engaged in conduct deemed inappropriate.

Members will be liable for damages if they:

  • Misuse account credentials;

  • Alter or damage our website or systems;

  • Infringe intellectual property rights;

  • Violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not:

  • Share passwords or account access;

  • Engage in any activity we deem inappropriate.


8. Suspension of Services

We may suspend services without notice if:

  • Maintenance (scheduled or emergency) is required;

  • Excessive system load occurs;

  • Service operation becomes difficult due to disasters, power outages, or third-party interference;

  • We determine suspension is necessary for operational or security reasons.

10. Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by interruptions, delays, data loss, unauthorized access, viruses, or other issues beyond our reasonable control.

  • We do not guarantee the absence of harmful elements in communications sent from our domains.

11. Consumer Rights (EU/UK and Other Jurisdictions)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU or UK, you have the following additional rights:

Right of Withdrawal – You have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us before the deadline.

Refunds – If you cancel under the 14-day rule, we will refund your payment (including standard shipping) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Exclusions – The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Additional Jurisdictional Rights
Residents of certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States (such as California), Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
If you reside in the EU, UK, or any jurisdiction where local law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence, you may do so in accordance with those laws.
